EOFY Sale Terms & Conditions

  1. Offer Period
    This EOFY offer is available for eligible forklift purchases made through Central Lift Trucks and delivered on or before 30 June 2026, unless withdrawn or extended at the discretion of Central Lift Trucks.
  2. Eligible Equipment
    The offer applies to eligible new, used and ex-hire forklifts purchased from Central Lift Trucks during the offer period. Availability is subject to stock on hand and may change without notice.
  3. Free First Service Offer
    Customers who purchase an eligible forklift during the offer period will receive the machine’s first scheduled service free of charge. 
  4. What Is Included in the Free First Service
    The free first service includes standard labour and standard service items required under the manufacturer’s scheduled service requirements for that service interval.
  5. What Is Excluded from the Free First Service
    The offer does not include repairs, damage-related work, misuse-related issues, additional parts, tyres, batteries, attachments, consumables outside the standard scheduled service, travel outside Central Lift Trucks’ standard service area, or any work not included in the manufacturer’s standard service schedule.
  6. Delivery and Ready-for-Use Requirement
    To support any potential EOFY tax claim, the forklift must be delivered, in the customer’s possession and ready for use on or before 30 June 2026. A forklift that has only been ordered, quoted, invoiced or is still in transit may not meet this requirement.
  7. Delivery Cut-Off
    Central Lift Trucks may apply an EOFY delivery cut-off date to allow enough time for preparation, delivery and handover before 30 June 2026. Customers are encouraged to enquire early to avoid missing delivery availability.
  8. Finance Purchases
    Forklifts purchased using approved finance may still be eligible for the EOFY offer, provided the sale is completed and delivery occurs within the offer period. Finance approval is subject to the lender’s terms, conditions and eligibility requirements.
  9. Tax Disclaimer
    Any references to tax deductions, instant asset write-off, depreciation or EOFY claims are general in nature only and do not constitute tax, financial or accounting advice. Tax outcomes depend on each customer’s business structure, turnover, eligibility, purchase price, finance arrangement and individual circumstances. Customers should seek advice from their accountant, tax adviser or financial adviser before making a purchase decision.
  10. No Guarantee of Tax Outcome
    Central Lift Trucks does not guarantee that any customer will qualify for an immediate deduction, depreciation claim, instant asset write-off or any other tax benefit. Any tax benefit should be confirmed independently by the customer’s accountant or adviser.
  11. Stock Availability
    All equipment is subject to availability at the time of enquiry. Stock may sell prior to quote acceptance or deposit payment. Central Lift Trucks may source alternative equipment where requested, but availability, pricing and delivery timing cannot be guaranteed.
  12. Pricing and Quotes
    Prices, specifications, inclusions and delivery costs may vary depending on the machine, condition, location, attachments and customer requirements. A formal written quote will confirm the specific details of each sale.
  13. Trade-Ins
    Trade-ins may be considered at the discretion of Central Lift Trucks. Any trade-in value is subject to inspection, machine condition, make, model, hours, service history and market value.
  14. Non-Transferable Offer
    The free first service offer is not transferable, exchangeable for cash or redeemable against other services, repairs, parts or future purchases.
  15. Changes to the Offer
    Central Lift Trucks reserves the right to amend, extend, withdraw or cancel this offer at any time, subject to applicable Australian Consumer Law requirements.
  16. Australian Consumer Law
    Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any rights a customer may have under the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable legislation.
  17. Service Area
    Standard delivery and service areas include the Central Coast, Newcastle and Hunter Valley regions. Additional charges may apply for delivery, service or travel outside Central Lift Trucks’ standard operating area.
  18. Final Approval
    Eligibility for the offer is determined by Central Lift Trucks at the time of sale.
